Developers of Frisco's former Wade Park project are seeking new zoning that would add residential buildings.
“The applicant is proposing a mixture of urban living and townhomes, which is consistent with the residential product types approved within the Wade Park development,” according to the zoning request. “The applicant is proposing to increase the number of residential units to 3,299 units, which is 499 units beyond what is entitled.”The first construction phase would include 653 “urban living units” along the south side of Lebanon Road.
The new zoning plan would still include 2.4 million square feet of office and retail space with towers along the tollway.Advertisement
