The owner of an electric mobility scooter and personal belongings left abandoned along Dallas Road has been found deceased, Victoria police say. The person’s remains were located Tuesday in the 3100-block of Rutland Avenue in Oak Bay, VicPD says in a news release. “Officers have notified the person’s family and have offered our condolences for their loss,” according to police.
