“Police received the radio call at 12:32 a.m. and officers responded within minutes,” said Const. Caroline de Kloet on Monday. In the video, a blue car is seen spinning while hordes of people watch and film the incident on their cell phones. The video, also posted to 6ixBuzzTV, has garnered over 58,000 reactions since it was posted with over 1,800 comments.CROWD CONTROL:– reports that people were out of their vehicles watching other vehicles doing donuts— Toronto Police Operations May 17, 2020“They announce we can go from 5-10 and this happens. Lmao. 2nd wave going to hit us real nice,” commented another.Police continue to investigate.
