Opinion contributor GeneralBrnovich: Regardless how you feel about the 2020 election, there are things we must do to ensure accuracy and promote public confidence in the results.
Many Arizona parents know what is required to be the adult in the room.
One is by talking, and the other is by voting. Our conversations should be intellectually honest and unfiltered, and the accuracy of our elections must be beyond reproach.Now I’m not going address the cultural attacks on our First Amendment any more than I’m going to discuss our ongoing investigations into the 2020 election. We’ll save both of those things for another time.
These challenges must be addressed with urgency so Arizona can conduct elections in 2022 that promote more widespread confidence and reduce the need for future post-election investigations and audits.
