Ottawa police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the occupants of a white sedan involved in a suspected deliberate hit and run incident in Orléans last month. While the victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries, witnesses reported seeing at least two male occupants laughing at her before driving away.
