The Ottawa Police Service\u0027s guns and gangs unit is investigating two shootings that occurred early Saturday evening.

Less than 30 minutes later, officers responded to another shooting near Ledbury and Banff avenues, off south Bank Street, that left one man injured, police said. He was taken to hospital for emergency surgery.ssault with a weapon, aggravated assault, discharging a firearm and possession for the purposes of trafficking. Police saidPolice said there is no information that the two shootings are linked.
