Ontario Provincial Police have arrested a 21-year-old man from Ottawa in connection with a double homicide in Pembroke, Ont.
The shooting happened shortly before 3 a.m. at a home on Mackay Street. Police found two people with life-threatening injuries. One died in hospital. Some time later, another person was found dead nearby on Dunlop Street.Zacharie Robert Lamoureux, 21, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder.
