RCMP identified the accused as Patrick Gordon Macdonald, who allegedly facilitated the production, distribution of propaganda videos.

According to the investigation, Macdonald allegedly participated in and facilitated the creation, production and distribution of three terrorist propaganda videos supporting Atomwaffen Division. The material was intended to promote the group and recruit members, police said.A second person — who was not identified by the RCMP — may face charges “at a later date,” the force said.
