Oscar Isaac recalls the challenge — and his initial discomfort — of switching between Marc Spector's MoonKnight and Steven Grant's MrKnight on Marvel's Moon Knight:
✖ Oscar Isaac recalls rising to the uncomfortable challenge of playing a superhero with multiple individual identities in Marvel's Moon Knight. In his double role, Isaac switches between mild-mannered gift shop employee Steven Grant and mercenary Marc Spector: two distinct dueling identities sharing the same body, which acts as an avatar for the Egyptian moon god Khonshu . When Steven summons the ceremonial suit of armor worn by Khonshu's fist of vengeance, he's Mr. Knight.
Not only did Isaac have to play Steven and Marc as individual identities with unique personalities, but he also had to act against himself as Steven/Marc's"man in the mirror."
