The soon-to-be-launched Oppo Find X8 series has been revealed with iPhone 16-like camera shutter button. You can take photos as well as control the zoom with it.
is next to fit that feature onto its upcoming smartphone, the Find X8 series. Oppo’s Find Series Product Manager, Zhou Yibao, recently published a video onwas one of the manufacturers that consistently included camera shutter buttons with many of its Xperia smartphones. In fact, the Japanese tech giant has been doing this for over a decade now.
As mentioned already, the camera shutter button on the Oppo Find X8 isn’t an actual physical button. Instead, it’s a pressure-sensitive strip that features haptic feedback. Zhou mentioned the shutter button has been strategically placed on the right side of the phone to ensure more ergonomic operations, no matter if the phone is held in a portrait or landscape orientation.since the 1st of October 2024. Though, upon checking at the time of writing this article, that listing seems to have been removed.
