On Wednesday, cops in Essa Township north of Toronto located a vehicle in the area of County Road 27 and Innisfil Beach Road after receiving a call from a concerned citizen.After locating the vehicle, Nottawasaga OPP pulled it over and charged the 47-year-old Collingwood woman with impaired driving.
