Opinion: California should seize plane involved in Florida-funded migrant flights [Opinion]
” : Your letter - Please limit to 150 words or fewer Since the same plane owned by the same company was used for the second time in one week to transport migrants from New Mexico and paid for by Florida, I was wondering why they cannot seize the plane while they investigate.
I believe if a coyote was transporting immigrants illegally, he would have his vehicle seized while investigations were performed and he would be arrested. If they seize and hold the plane while they investigate and possibly try the pilot and/or owner for human trafficking, maybe that would be a discouragement for chartering such flights.
