Major flooding has been reported in the Toronto area and thousands of people are without power after an intense storm passed through Tuesday.

Major flooding has been reported in the Toronto area and thousands of people are without power after an intense storm passed through portions of southern Ontario Tuesday.

The TTC said the rainfall has caused “unprecedented” service impacts, affecting service on subways, buses and streetcars.
