The driver is facing charges that include impaired driving, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm and refusal to comply with a breathalyzer demand for an accident resulting in bodily harm.

“He kind of got out of the way … when the Jeep backed up to get out of the way,’’ the deputy chief noted, adding that when the motorist backed up, the driver allegedly struck the same vehicle he hit the first time.
