Kirstin Beardsley, the CEO of Food banks Canada, released the first-ever"Poverty Report Card" Tuesday at the Ottawa Food Bank.Food Banks Canada has given almost every province a near-failing grade on poverty reduction efforts, saying no province is showing sufficient efforts to reduce poverty in the face of rising costs for food and housing.
