The province is providing more than $4.9-million to help create 26 supportive housing units in Oshawa for youth experiencing homelessness.
A two-storey converted school building at 357 Simcoe Street South will include studio apartments, as well as four accessible units.Residents will have access to laundry facilities, shared common space and storage lockers.The location ensures residents are close to schools, grocery stores, transit and employment opportunities.Photo courtesy of GoogleCtrl+Enter
