As police investigate reported conflicts with neighbours, the property manager says the trespassers have changed the entrance gate lock.
“Our lock was changed and I couldn’t open it. We had to cut it and then when we were inside, he started yelling, ‘What the eff are you doing here? This is my property!’ He kept shouting that, and it happened a few times like that, again and again, where the locks were changed and then the realtor couldn’t get past him. The veteran realtor who has worked in the Vancouver market for 40 years reflected on the state of the situation. Hasman said neighbours and the police have contacted him and he has been in touch with the owner. Akbari said the owner has filed a written trespass complaint with the police.
