One person has died and two have been taken to hospital after a triple shooting in Brampton Saturday morning.
One woman is dead and five other victims are in the hospital following a shooting in Brampton on Saturday morning.
According to police, the shootings happened in the Rutherford Rd S and Selby Rd area just after 6 a.m. One male driver was injured, as well as five adult women including the deceased.Speaking to media on Saturday, Const. Richard Chin said that investigators currently believe that the shooting is an isolated incident, however they urge anyone with dash camera footage or information to come forward.
“The information at this point suggests that it is an isolated incident, but again I can’t stress enough that this is in the very early stages, which is why there are so many officers here who are going to be conducting the necessary interviews and the necessary search for evidence and video and dash cam footage.
