Identification of victim will require forensic procedures, police say
A neighbour said there were only three long-term renters still living in the building. One of those was well-known photographer and artist Camille Maheux, whose works have been featured on the website of the“She was on the second floor,” said a woman named Ginette, who didn’t want to divulge her last name.
