Queen Church project designed with smaller suites aimed at first\u002Dtime buyers

“Tridel took this unprecedented move to provide a turn-key, pre-furnished unit available for purchase,” says Fung of Queen Church’s Ready Collection. “We used the example of studio suites to illustrate how built-in furniture could be moved around or folded up to maximize the space, depending on how residents want to use it.”

While 412 square feet is the smallest studio available, there are a variety of others available. For those craving more space, there are still several 814-square-foot 3-bedroom units that go for $1.3 million. The largest, a 1,200-square-foot penthouse, has already sold for a cool $2 million. Occupancy is slated for late 2027.Article content

The seventh floor features a large terrace, a pet run and dining area with barbecues and a fireplace lounge as well as skyline views. “Pet runs such as the one we put on the 7floor are just a really important feature for residents, as we recognize there are a lot of dog lovers in the city,” he says.
