Sudbury, on the other hand, managed to score through Quentin Musty and Nathan Villeneuve, with Finn Marshall stopping 36 out of 42 shots in net. Marie Greyhounds dominated the Peterborough Petes, securing a resounding 7-0 victory. Nolan Lalonde showcased his goalkeeping prowess, stopping all 36 shots faced by him. Owen Allard and Justin Cloutier were the standouts for the Greyhounds, each scoring two goals. Marco Mignosa, Jordan Charron, and Travis Hayes contributed a goal apiece to round off the impressive scoreline. Easton Rye and Masen Johnston shared the goaltending duties for the Petes, making 25 and 19 saves respectively, but it wasn't enough to prevent the defeat, leaving their record at 10-25-2-5
