Hoggard made multiple late plays to keep Michigan State out in front, and Ohio State left the court with a ninth straight road loss in the all-time series against the Spartans.The No. 13 seed in the Big Ten Tournament, Ohio State will take on the No. 12 seed in a 6:30 p.m. matchup in Chicago on Wednesday.
