That $133 per-square-foot figure ranked 50th out of 50 U.S. metros in HomeBay’s report, measuring even more affordable than Memphis, Tennessee ; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania ; and Indianapolis, Indiana, and Birmingham, Alabama, which both register at $158 per square foot.
