The Rams are apparently being cheap with Odell Beckham Jr.
On Wednesday, the free-agent wide receiver took to Twitter to share that the Rams offered him “the lowest of the low offers,” making it “tough” for him to return to the team that he thought he had found a home in.Beckham tweeted
