For the fourth time this month, Line 4 of the O-train network is experiencing a disruption due to a switch issue. Trains are operating on a single platform, and bus services are available as an alternative. Customers are being kept updated on the situation.
Service on Line 4 of Ottawa's O-train network is being disrupted Saturday by a "switch issue," according to OC Transpo. It's the fourth time this month the spur line to the city's airport has experienced problems.
Trains are still running in both directions along the three-station line, but only on one platform, a spokesperson told CBC. The spokesperson also noted that route 105 bus service is available between the airport and South Keys station. Customers may experience slight delays and are being kept informed via text alerts, social media posts, and station announcements. The service is expected to return to normal soon, although a specific timeline was not provided.
