The positive perception of party constituents on government performance is still high, so it has the potential to improve the government's image in the public's mind.

's periodic survey conducted byResearch and Development in 38 provinces in Indonesia from 27 July to 7 August 2023 show this level of appreciation. Most of respondents said they were satisfied with the performance of the Jokowi-Ma'ruf government over the past year.

This satisfaction is partly influenced by the high public assessment of the conducive political and security situation in 2023, reaching up to 70 percent. Despite high concerns entering the political year 2024, the majority of respondents, up to around 73 percent, are confident that political and security stability will continue to be maintained.

This news is about public trust and confidence in the government's performance. The level of public trust is reflected in the level of confidence expressed by respondents from political parties who believe that the government's performance will continue to improve in the future. Most of the respondents from parties in the government coalition expressed their confidence in the government's performance.

The upper right quadrant contains a group of party respondents who are the most appreciative and optimistic towards the government. Lastly, the lower right quadrant category is a collection of party respondents who tend to be appreciative, but less optimistic.survey results show a mapping of three quadrants that represent the orientation of party voters.

This change in PPP's quadrant is inseparable from the decrease in its constituents' level of confidence to 42.9 percent. Meanwhile, PKS's voter respondents actually increased their confidence level to 52.3 percent. The analysis of this quadrant at least provides three descriptions of the orientation patterns of party voters.
