OAKLAND – Police on Friday announced an arrest in a November automated teller machine theft.
Just after 1 a.m. on Nov. 6, three people entered a business in the 8400 block of International Boulevard and took an ATM, according to the Oakland Police Department.On Thursday, that suspect arrived at the OPD Administration Building to retrieve property, police said. An officer recognized the suspect, who was then safely taken into custody.
