Before Oct. 11, the stores only offered piercings to people 18 and older. However, an early pilot program for teens at the location at Chestnut Hill in Boston proved to be wildly successful. Their principles of engaging and bright store design, affordable high-quality jewelry and experts who only use needles and not guns have proved effective with younger demographics.
All piercings done take place in individual consultation rooms with a Stud’s piercing expert, who helps customers through personalized plans to create their dream Earscape in a safe and inclusive way. ducation is a priority at Studs, allowing the piercee to leave with proper knowledge on how to take care of their new pretty piercings as well as the full scope of the process.
