) had been subpoenaed by the US Department of Justice over antitrust concerns . However, Nvidia has since refuted these claims. In a statement to Yahoo Finance, the company declared,"We have inquired with the U.S. Department of Justice and have not been subpoenaed."And video now denying reports that it received a subpoena from the Department of Justice as part of an antitrust probe.

Brad, I think this is a really important and interesting story because to me it's a little bit of semantics, right? They've been asking questions of NVIDIA of its customers of its suppliers, and so they're denying the actual receiving of any sort of subpoena. Or as Warren Buffett we call it, make sure that we have a moat around this business that is new, that's thriving, that has demand, and that's been able to see billions of dollars flock towards it, as NVIDIA has.

How do you make sure that that blockage out of other competition doesn't remove other, uh, potential suitors for business opportunities from the entire marketplace, which would then solidify NVIDIA as a monopolistic entity there? Now it's up to regulators to figure out OK, exactly how much are they going to pursue a legal action?
