Wall Street doesn’t fully appreciate the potential of Ford Motor’s European restructuring, and that makes now a good time to buy the stock, Goldman Sachs says.

The back story. Ford Motor stock has far outpaced the S&P 500 so far this year, but it has still slumped 16% over the past 12 months. This year overall, however, hasn’t been a good time for auto stocks.
