The Paddy Wagon hit it out of the park with the Pepper Jack Smash
The Patty Wagon brought The Pepper Jack Smash to the table this Novemburger. With its uniquely perfect flavour, this is the best burger I have ever eaten.
With two 3.5 oz beef patties, smashed and seared, melted habanero Monterey Jack cheese, smoked applewood bacon and crispy fried onions. The final touch is a raspberry chipotle drizzle. The beef itself was cooked perfectly leaving it juicy, and would have been great even as a classic burger. But I think it was the raspberry chipotle drizzle that really hooked me in.
