ANNAPOLIS ROYAL, N.S. — The province's health authority is seeking the public's help in tracking down a missing patient at risk of missing important medical treatment.
Nova Scotia Health says 34-year-old Tyffani Poirier has gone missing from an Annapolis Valley hospital. "Tyffani requires medication on a set schedule and the risk of health deterioration increases the longer she is away from treatment," NSH stated in a rare missing person news release."Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency."Poirier is described as having a slim build, weighing roughly 145 pounds and standing five-foot-ten to six-feet in height.
