"People who are francophone but not active in the francophone community: They're not present in francophone networks. They don't go to francophone events. They're not active in francophone organizations," he said.The institute is partnering with Réseau Du Nord, a French-language immigration support network funded by the federal government, to hold some public consultations at the Université de Sudbury as well as at the Italian Club in Thunder Bay.
