Less than two weeks before the Feb. 27 provincial election, the debate will be hosted by the Federation of Northern Ontario Municipalities and feature:host Markus Schwabe will moderate the debate and pose questions on behalf of FONOM, with a special focus on northern Ontario issues.Following the 90-minute debate, it's expected the four leaders will answer media questions during a scrum.
