CLEVELAND, Ohio — Warm temperatures and partly sunny skies are in the forecast for Tuesday, but there is a slight chance of a thunderstorm during the afternoon.
The National Weather Service is calling for highs in the mid-80s for both the Cleveland and Akron areas. There is a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms during the mid-afternoon in Cleveland and a 30% chance in the Akron area.Wednesday will be mostly sunny in Cleveland and partly sunny in Akron, and highs will be in the low to mid-80s. There is a slight chance of showers overnight and temps again will be in the low 60s.
Mostly cloudy skies are in the forecast for Thursday and highs will stay in the upper 70s. There is a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms both during the day and overnight. Lows will be around 62 degrees. Showers and thunderstorms are likely later in the afternoon Friday. Highs will be around 80. More showers and thunderstorms are likely overnight, with lows in the mid-60s.
Highs will be around 80 degrees on Saturday with partly sunny skies, but there is still a 50% chance of showers. Sunday is expected to be mostly sunny with highs in the mid-80s, with a 40% chance of showers.
