Police say the passenger-side front windows were smashed on 18 different vehicles parked on the street

North Vancouver RCMP are looking for the person or persons responsible for smashing 18 car windows earlier this month.

The glass-shattering mayhem occurred between 11 p.m. on March 9 and 8:30 a.m. on March 10 in the Lower Lonsdale area. Police say the passenger-side front windows were smashed on 18 different vehicles that were parked on the street. “Whoever did it didn’t steal anything,” said North Vancouver RCMP spokesperson Sgt. Peter DeVries. “In fact, they didn’t even enter any of the cars.”“If wanting to ruin 18 people’s day for no reason could be a motive — this is a pretty good match,” said DeVries.
