is a prelude to my album title. It's inspired by my ongoing journey and experiences with understanding love,"exclusively. “As you have probably noticed, I like to use numbers in my project titles. When the album title is announced it will all make sense! For this EP, I selected 3 songs and an interlude from my upcoming album that I wanted to share with the world, as it had been a lil' while since I’ve released music.
Tiana is currently supporting R&B superstar Jazmine Sullivan on her Heaux Tales Tour, and has performed some of her new music during her set, including “Try Peace,” a slow-tempo R&B ballad that gives classic, early 2000s R&B vibes. “The feedback has been dopeeeee,” says Tiana. “'Try Peace' is a song I wrote in London with talented producer PRGRSHN and guitarist Jack Shepherd. I left the studio knowing we had another special one. It’s about being comfortable with accepting real loving kindness in a new relationship. I wrote it as a vulnerable, open and honest conversation between partners. Sometimes we get so used to receiving toxic love that it makes it hard to fully see it when it’s the total opposite — happy.
