Nick Cordero's son starts walking, actor still in hospital for coronavirus complications
For more than two months, Cordero has been hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Cordero has suffered multiple complications due to COVID-19, including major lung damage, and clotting issues that led to one of his legs being amputated. By early May, the Tony nominee had finally regained consciousness from his medically-induced coma, though he remains on a ventilator.
Last week, Kloots celebrated Elvis' first birthday, and expressed sadness that the Broadway actor couldn't be there. "Tomorrow is Elvis' first birthday. He was born at 6:41 a.m. We have some fun things planned for the little guy," Kloots said on her Instagram Story last week."I'll definitely be FaceTiming with Nick at some point. It breaks my heart that Nick can't be there — I literally can't even talk about it because it makes me so sad.
