The Flames also recalled forward Matthew Phillips from the AHL's Wranglers.The Minnesota Wild announced that Filip Gustavsson is expected to start in net against Utah on Thursday, according to Sarah McLellan of the Star Tribune. The 34-year-old netminder was able to get off the ice and into the dressing room under his own power, but was unable to put weight on his left leg. He has a 21-9-5 record this season with a 2.20 goals-against average and .912 save percentage. The 6-foot-6 netminder is on the fifth season of a six-year, $36 million contract and is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the 2025-26 campaign. The Vegas Golden Knights have recalled forwards Brendan Brisson and Tanner Laczynski from the Henderson Silver Knights on Thursday. Brisson, 23, was drafted 29th overall by the Golden Knights in 2020 and has appeared in seven games with the NHL club this season.
