Newfoundland and Labrador is reporting one new case of COVID-19 today.
Health authorities say the new case is a woman between the ages of 20 and 39 in the Central Health region.The government says contact tracing is underway and that everyone believed to be a close contact of the woman is being asked to self-quarantine.
Three cases of COVID-19 were reported in Newfoundland and Labrador last week, two of which were travel-related.This report by The Canadian Press was first published July 26, 2020.
