Born and raised in Newfoundland and Labrador, Sullivan managed Canadian pre-release publicity and promotions for Walt Disney Studios at Allied Integrated Marketing in Toronto before joining the council.Board of directors chair Twila Reid said Sullivan played an integral role in helping raise the council's profile.
“We believe Jaclyn will build on our reputation as credible advocates with a strong voice as we continue our work to promote sustainable provincial economic growth and prosperity," said Reid.“I look forward to working more closely and collaboratively with business leaders, government and other stakeholders to find solutions to our shared challenges and ensure a thriving economy for the benefit of all N.L. residents," noted Sullivan.
The council is the only provincewide business advocacy organization that represents and connects senior business leaders from all industries and regions of the province.
