The 20-year-old is facing charges of dangerous driving, flight from police, failing the breathalyzer and impaired driving.At around 10 p.m., RCMP officers conducted a stop in St. Fintan’s and found a 36-year-old man showing signs of alcohol impairment. After providing breath samples allegedly over the legal limit the man had his license suspended and his vehicle seized.
Police said her breath sample was over the limit, leaving her with a suspended license and her vehicle seized.
