Developer Alamo Manhattan Corp plans to build its more than $130 million Fairmount Tower in Dallas' Uptown neighborhood.
Developers are hoping for a fall groundbreaking for Uptown Dallas’ next residential tower project.at Wolf and Fairmount streets near Turtle Creek.
The $130 million, 31-story apartment high-rise would open in late 2025, according to planning documents filed with the state.Along with luxury rental units, the project will include ground-floor retail. WDG Architecture designed the apartment tower.
