Food is expensive, there's no question about it, and while some people might think grocery stores are participating in greedflation, a recent study from the agri-food analytics lab at Dalhousie University, suggests their outperforming some of their best gross profit performances. We're joined today by Sylvain Charlebois, director of the agri-food analytics lab, and co-researcher of the study.
