CLEVELAND, Ohio - A condominium in a new building constructed in Rocky River nabbed the most money of any home sold in Cuyahoga County in January, according to property records.
The nearly 2,900-square-foot home is listed in property records as having three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Other listed amenities include a 429-square-foot open porch. Four of the 10 most expensive homes sold in the county last month went for more than $1 million, with the other three homes apart from the condo located in Orange, Westlake, and Gates Mills.
