National Revenue Minister Élisabeth Brière, one of eight fresh faces at the cabinet table as of Dec. 20, has tapped Marianne Dandurand to take over as her new chief of staff. Dandurand previously worked in the revenue office under then-minister Marie-Claude Bibeau, and stepped in as Bibeau’s acting chief of staff last August.

He was hired this past October, and is a former public relations adviser with Cuso International, and a past development outreach and communications specialist with the United States Agency for International Development—commonly known as USAID—in both Dakar, Senegal, and Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
