Passchendaele Lane links Northern Avenue and Princeton Drive
Passchendaele Lane between Northern Avenue and Princeton Drive is now open to vehicular traffic, the city said in a news release.
However, motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians were being asked to take caution and adjust speed accordingly as work continues.A notice issued by the city in January pegged the cost of construction for the city at $485,000, with the balance of nearly $15,000 being assessed against adjacent property owners.
