New Jersey fifth-grade girl dresses up as Hitler for class 'Character Development' project
Parents are outraged that a fifth-grade student at Maugham Elementary School in Tenafly dressed up as Hitler for a 'Character Development' project in April. The student also wrote a one-page essay listing the dictator's 'accomplishments' that a parent said hung in the school hallway for weeks.
