A new cafe in Victoria, British Columbia, has opened in the Hudson Building, offering a variety of coffee drinks, pastries, and other menu items made from scratch using local ingredients.

There are so many great coffee shops and bakeries on Vancouver Island and a new one has popped up in the Hudson Building in downtown Victoria .

has been open for just over four months, featuring great coffee, cappuccino and mochas along with some of the best baked goods you’ll find in the area.“We have two full-time bakers that work here, hard at work every morning, up before the sun comes up. Everything that’s here we make from scratch,” Friedman said.

“We do breakfast sandwiches, and we do lunches from scratch, we do a beautiful brown rice bowl, which is going to be featured in a book coming soon.
