Business park planned on riverfront site northwest of downtown Dallas.
The planned business park would include three buidlings.Investor and developer Crow Holdings is planning to kick off construction on a new business park near the Dallas Design District.In 2021, Crow Holdingsnear the intersection of Irving Boulevard and Inwood Road on Conveyor Lane.
The tract, next to the Trinity River, is one of the largest undeveloped properties in the area northwest of downtown. The surrounding neighborhood is developed with a combination of industrial, showroom and retail buildings.
